ICBC Claims
We provide direct billing for ICBC claims, up to the eligible amount per appointment. The first 12 registered massage therapy and first 12 kinesiology treatments for injury sustained following a motor vehicle accident are automatically approved by ICBC and do not require a doctor’s referral. Further treatments require a doctor’s referral.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to make your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.
